Snow Peak create innovative equipment and clothing with focus on quality, functionality, timeless-durability and natural aesthetics. Founded in 1958 by Yukio Yamai, the brands name is inspired and stems from his experiences on Mount Tanigawa in his younger years. The mountains beauty and the challenges he faced on his travels sparked his will to create products that were suitable and could adapt to similar conditions. Hoping to give a helping hand to the like-hearted Yamai set out to find solutions that would prove to be useful for others on their journeys.
