Overshirt developed from an innovative Made in Japan 100% nylon fabric engineered to achieve an organic appearance. Ultra-thin nylon extrusions are cut, mixed, blown, carded, twisted and spun to emulate the irregularity of natural fibres. The resulting panama-woven, calendered fabric is both lighter and stronger than traditional natural materials, combining resilience with a textured surface. The garment dyeing process, using specific recipes, interacts with the calendered structure, allowing colour to penetrate unevenly and creating a subtle marbled effect across the surface.
