This jacket draws inspiration from vintage sportswear, designed to minimize details while emphasizing the quality, texture, and silhouette of the fabric. It features a comfortable fit with natural shoulders. Crafted from high-density 9-wale corduroy.
The unique drape and coloration are achieved through sulfur dyeing, which gives the fabric a distinctive depth. The front zipper and lining made in cupro twill. Each piece is meticulously hand-finished to create natural wear and vintage-like characteristics, enhanced by bio-processing techniques.

Vintage Corduroy Sports Jacket

This shirt is inspired by 90s twill B.D. shirts and reimagined with a regular collar. It features a 6-button front, and both the placket and armholes are chain-stitched to create natural puckering. The shirt is crafted with fine stitches using thin threads, aiming to combine the quality of a dress shirt with a casual look. The fabric is made from 100/2 Supima cotton, tightly woven into a double-weave twill. Instead of using a continuous processing machine, a labor-intensive Zicker machine is used to avoid adding tension to the fabric, giving it more volume. The final stage includes vintage processing and fabric kneading to enhance its softness.

These wide tapered trousers feature two pleats, side adjusters, and a flap coin pocket. Made from 100% organic cotton, the fabric is crafted from fine, low-pile combed yarn that is tightly woven to create a crisp and structured feel. The fabric undergoes sulfur dyeing and vintage finishing, resulting in a soft texture with a worn-in appearance, allowing for enjoyable aging over time.
The trousers are constructed from high-density twill that is thicker than standard chino fabric, showcasing a rugged, unique color that reflects the combination of sulfur dyeing and vintage processing.

This model is based on the late 50s 501XX, maintaining a largely unchanged silhouette while slightly deepening the rise to adjust the back profile. Crafted from 13oz red selvage indigo denim, this fabric replicates the thread usage of the late 50s to early 60s 501XX, ensuring a sturdy weave. The denim faithfully represents a good-condition vintage piece with a well-preserved depth of color.

Long-sleeve polo made of 14.5 micron (super170's) ultra-fine high-quality wool, which is almost the same as cashmere, and is knitted with 14 gauge filling. The overall fit is relaxed, the collar is proportionately smaller for a balanced look. The cuffs and hem are tightly ribbed.
