The fabric features the kersey side of the reverse, a variant of the basket weave structure popular in the 1980s, creating a three-dimensional twill with a luxurious luster and smooth drape. Unlined, with cupra twill sleeve lining for ease of wear. Finished with original horn buttons for added sophistication.

A 1990s-inspired twill button-down shirt featuring a regular collar and a six-button front closure. The placket and armholes are meticulously ring-stitched, creating a natural puckering effect. Tailored with fine count yarn and precise needlework, it balances casual appeal with the refined quality of a dress shirt.
Crafted from densely woven double-weave twill using 100/2 Supima cotton for both the warp and weft. The fabric undergoes a specialized Jigger dyeing process, which minimizes tension for a bulkier texture. Finished with vintage processing and rubbing for enhanced softness. Sulfide dyed for a rich, deep color.

Double Weave Twill Regular Collar Shirt

This shirt is inspired by 90s twill B.D. shirts and reimagined with a regular collar. It features a 6-button front, and both the placket and armholes are chain-stitched to create natural puckering. The shirt is crafted with fine stitches using thin threads, aiming to combine the quality of a dress shirt with a casual look. The fabric is made from 100/2 Supima cotton, tightly woven into a double-weave twill. Instead of using a continuous processing machine, a labor-intensive Zicker machine is used to avoid adding tension to the fabric, giving it more volume. The final stage includes vintage processing and fabric kneading to enhance its softness.

This model is based on the late 50s 501XX, maintaining a largely unchanged silhouette while slightly deepening the rise to adjust the back profile. Crafted from 13oz red selvage indigo denim, this fabric replicates the thread usage of the late 50s to early 60s 501XX, ensuring a sturdy weave. The denim faithfully represents a good-condition vintage piece with a well-preserved depth of color.
