Vintage Cotton Moleskin Shirts

A regular-fit spread-collar shirt cut from high-density micro-stripe fabric woven with fine-count Giza cotton in the warp and Supima cotton in the weft. The stripe pattern draws from British made-to-order shirts of the 1940s. Designed with slightly shortened collar points, a modest outer curve, gathered tucks at the cuffs and a narrow, elongated placket opening. Finished with white mother-of-pearl buttons and garment processing that creates a soft, worn-in handle with natural seam puckering and wrinkles.

Spread Collar Shirts

Based on the #201, the second-line model of the 501 produced from around 1890 through the 1940s. The fit has been updated with a slightly deeper rise and a reshaped back-rise curve to reduce tightness through the seat and improve overall comfort. The denim is woven with a mix of uniquely shaped yarns to create an uneven slub texture, while the ageing and distressing are reproduced entirely by hand. Particular attention is given to the selvage fading, with a muted grey tone designed to replicate the appearance of naturally aged denim. Finished with original iron tack buttons that may darken or develop rust over time. Due to the hand-finishing process, each pair will vary slightly in texture, colour, size and distressing.

Wide work pants cut from chino cloth woven with slub yarn made from extra-long staple cotton in both the warp and weft. The fabric is lightly brushed during finishing to reduce its natural sheen, creating a softer, matte surface with a worn-in appearance. Designed with a wide, straight-leaning silhouette and a very gentle taper, with narrowed belt loops, curved side-seam hip pockets, bit-welt back pockets and a triangular crotch gusset. Finished with an Asahi zipper and original horn buttons. The rubbed nap, faded colour and other signs of extended wear are reproduced by hand by skilled artisans. Due to the sulfur dye and garment processing, variations in colour, texture, size and distressing may occur between pieces.

Vintage Zip Sweat Hoodie

Wide work pants cut from chino cloth woven with extra-long staple cotton slub yarn, using a more pronounced slub yarn in the weft for a textured, vintage-like surface. The silhouette is wide through the leg with a slight taper toward the hem, finished with inserted belt loops and piped pocket bags. Giza cotton light back satin is used for the pocketing, combining strength with a smooth hand. Finished with an Asahi zipper and original iron tack buttons. Artisan hand-processing recreates subtle irregularities, patina and worn-in marks throughout. The iron buttons may naturally darken or develop rust over time, while variations in texture, colour, size and distressing are inherent to the garment-finishing process.

Designed with a six-button front, chain-stitched placket and armholes that develop natural puckering, and dense stitching with fine-count thread throughout. Finished with shell buttons and a one-wash treatment.

A.PRESSE No.213 Indigo Palaka Denim Jacket based on the S213 jacket from the 1920s, with slightly lowered front and back yokes and a lower-set left chest pocket. Made from 11oz palaka check denim, woven with indigo rope-dyed slub yarn and ecru slub yarn to create an irregular surface texture. Finished with original tack buttons and hand-applied processing that reproduces natural ageing with a blue-toned fade.

Vintage Zip Sweat Hoodie cut from loopback terry cloth developed through the analysis of vintage garments from around the 1960s. Knitted slowly to reduce stress on the yarn, the fabric has a thick, soft and fluffy texture, with a thermal lining based on vintage examples. The hoodie has a relaxed silhouette with intentionally loose ribbing, small oval eyelets, four-needle stitched waist pockets and hand-applied processing that creates uneven colouring, scuffs and minor damage. Individual variations are part of the design.

Made from a cotton slub twill using super long staple slub yarn in the warp and a stronger slub yarn in the weft, giving a durable yet soft hand with a textured surface. Finished with an Asahi zipper and original tack button. Each pair is processed to bring out a vintage character, resulting in natural variations in texture and finish.

A half-zip closure completes the utilitarian detail, staying faithful to the construction methods of the original style. The fit allows ease of layering without excess bulk. Each sweatshirt is hand-finished by craftsmen, reproducing irregular fading, abrasion, and tonal variation to echo the natural aging process of vintage garments. The Silk Nep Type A-1 Jacket is made from a distinctive twill that combines extra-long staple cotton with silk neps to replicate the irregular texture of vintage materials. The warp is constructed from loosely twisted double yarns of uneven extra-long cotton, while the weft blends softly twisted cotton and silk nep yarns, creating a fabric that is both substantial and softly textured. The cloth is woven with a relaxed density, then further softened through finishing to achieve a light, airy hand. Its aged character is enhanced through sulfur dyeing, producing natural fading and tonal variation, with the twisted yarns and silk neps adding subtle shadows and depth to the surface. The interior is finished with a thick cotton twill lining that retains natural residue. Functional elements include a Riri zipper and Fiocchi fastenings, while the design is defined by steeply sloping shoulders, a compact collar, and a naturally draped silhouette.
